Buffet Pricing Includes:

- Table linens for buffet table. Please ask for color options.
- White Table Skirts upon request.
- Setup, Restock (if necessary), Tear down, & Cleanup of buffet.
- Food served in Steam Chaffing Dishes, Crocks, Baskets, and Clear Bowls.
- Disposable white plastic plate, white plastic fork, spoon, knife with paper napkin.
- For special events we will provide modest buffet table decorations to coordinate with your theme or colors.
- Enhanced Buffet Display is available for an additional charge.
- In order to keep our prices reasonable, plate clearing is not included in the price of the buffet.
However we will gladly provide this service for an additional 15% Gratuity plus $25.00 for each
additional server required.
- You are more than welcome to provide your own appetizers, beverages, and desserts however we do not
allow food not prepared by and purchased from Hickory Park to be displayed with our buffets. Please
provide a seperate table for these items.
- Most buffets take up a minimum of two eight foot tables. You are required to provide us with these tables
to set up your buffet.

WEEKDAY DROP OFF CATERING
If it is more convenient for you, many of our buffets are
available to be dropped off to you in disposable containers. We offer this service Monday through
Friday only. The buffets will be served in disposable containers using disposable utensils. A
disposable table cover will also be provided. Please let us know if you would perfer to have this
option over our regular catering service.
