Buffet Menu Options Thank you for your interest in Hickory Park Restaurant's catering services! At Hickory Park our specialty is hickory smoked and barbecued meats and home style side dishes. We have a variety of items to choose from including our hickory smoked, sliced meats, our house specialty the saucy southerner, smoked pork ribs, and smoked chicken. We also have a large variety of home style side dishes available as well as many drink and dessert choices including our famous ice cream sundaes. We will also be happy to consult with you on custom menu items that are not listed. We provide you with professional, prompt, efficient, and friendly service. We know that the success of your event is very important; therefore, we will make every effort to work with you to make your event a success. We have experience working with groups from 10 to 10,000 guests. We will be happy to assist you in your planning in anyway we can. We can assist you in finding a location for your event. We can also suggest other services (DJ's, bakeries, florists, rentals, etc.) that would make your event extra special. A list of meeting and group spaces in the Ames and Story County area is available. If you would like to hold your event at Hickory's Hall (300 S. 17th St. ) we will be happy to provide you with information, menus, and pricing for Hickory’s Hall. Please note: The Hickory Park Catering prices DO NOT apply to events at Hickory's Hall. It is to your benefit to confirm your desired date and time with us as soon as possible as some days do fill quickly with functions. If we cannot accommodate you on the date you have requested, we have bulk carryout foods available. We also offer a limited bulk delivery service. We would be happy to provide you with carryout or delivery information if this would interest you.
