The building rental rate for Friday, Saturday, and Sundays is $1000.00 per day. However we will waive your rental fees if your sales in food and beverage exceed $1000.00

The building rental rate for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is $500.00. However we will waive your rental fees if your sales in food and beverage exceed $500.00

Rental of Hickory's Hall includes:
A Hickory's Hall staff member on premise at all times. Hickory's Hall is not available for rental without a staff member present
2 ½ hours of decorating and set up time on the day before your event if the Hall is unoccupied or on your event day if the Hall is occupied the day before. Additional time may be purchased for $25.00 per hour
Building and Staff until Midnight for your event. This is negotiable based on your starting time, please let us know if you would like your event to run later
Staff for food service, bar service, and table service if the appropriate items are ordered by the booking party

We reserve the right to refuse functions we do not feel are in the best interest of our facility and business.

Hickory's Hall DJ

$80.00 per Hour with a 3 Hour Minimum
DJ Packages are also available. Please ask us.

Hickory's Hall contracts with Smitty's DJ Service to staff our events. You are welcome to use your own professional DJ or Entertainer. Any DJ other than our house DJ, or a select group of approved DJ's, must bring in their own equipment or the booking party must pay a $500.00 deposit if they wish to use our equipment. This deposit will be refunded after our equipment passes an inspection for damage, after your event. Any DJ using Hickory's Hall Equipment must also provide proof of liability insurance prior to your event. Under no circumstances do we allow non-professional DJ's or party guests to use our equipment. If you should need Audio Visual assistance prior to the scheduled DJ time we will provide a staff member to handle this for you.
